Ingredients

  • 750 ml cream
  • 50 g Peanut butter
  • 450 g white chocolate
  • 75 g butter
  • 75 g demerera sugar
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 250 g brioche + croissant

Zubereitung

  1. Bring cream to boil.
  2. Add the peanut butter and whisk til smooth. Leave for a couple of minutes.
  3. Pour onto 350 g of white chocolate and stir.
  4. Put 75 g butter into pan and make it hot.
  5. Add the sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add sliced bananas until golden and then leave to cool.
  7. Whisk the eggs and the egg yolks together and mix with chocolate mix and strain over the brioche and croissants.
  8. Leave for 20 minutes to absorb.
  9. Mix with the chocolate and then add nuts.
  10. Bake at 160-180 C for 30-40 minutes.
