Ingredients
- 50 ml warm water
- 20 g fresh yeast
- 40 g caster sugar
- 500 g strong white flour
- 5 eggs whisked & strained
- 10 g salt
- 300 g unsalted butter
Preparation
- Mix warm water, with yeast and sugar. Leave 2-3 minutes until frothy.
- Add into mixer together with flour.
- Then add eggs and salt.
- Add butter bit by bit.
- Proof at room temperature (26 C) for 45-60 minutes.
- Then bake 30-45 minutes at 180 C.
