Wilma Pudding
Ingredients
- 750 ml cream
- 50 g Peanut butter
- 450 g white chocolate
- 75 g butter
- 75 g demerera sugar
- 3 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 250 g brioche + croissant
Zubereitung
- Bring cream to boil.
- Add the peanut butter and whisk til smooth. Leave for a couple of minutes.
- Pour onto 350 g of white chocolate and stir.
- Put 75 g butter into pan and make it hot.
- Add the sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add sliced bananas until golden and then leave to cool.
- Whisk the eggs and the egg yolks together and mix with chocolate mix and strain over the brioche and croissants.
- Leave for 20 minutes to absorb.
- Mix with the chocolate and then add nuts.
- Bake at 160-180 C for 30-40 minutes.
